I still think it's candid. Kids performing at tech rehearsal have no clue what is going on. They are just doing what they are told.

Cute, but performers (even, and almost especially little kids) are all too aware of being watched closely when they're on stage.

Nice shot, but I wouldn't really call it a candid since the children are obviously in a performance of some sort.

This is cute, but to me it isn't really candid if it is scripted. You are not alone, there have been a lot of shots here that I do not feel are candid. It is cute though and well shot.

it is a cute shot but a stage show is not really a candid to me. They know they are being watched.

No no no no no, not a candid! It's on a stage. They're performing. Photo taking is expected.

Very nice picture, however in terms of this challenge, the image falls into a rather gray area, since it was obviously shot during a staged performance, I can't justify calling it a candid photograph.
