 On 22nd St on my way to the florists....I was late, they were closed.

Post: Convert from raw in PS elements 3.0 with a +0.33 Exposure compensation. Distortion correction and crop. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Paint tool in Color mood with black painted to desat. Sharpen. Resize. Another wash with the black brush.

Love the picture, I bet you are hearing where is the desat? I am sure the building is not white and the shutters are not black, but they could be.
I hope you are doing well in the challenge.

I love this! The rich colors against the pure black is so lovely, and your simple composition is wonderful!! Excellent use of selective desaturation. 8 :)

Great use of desat. The background with it's symmetry and shapes compliments the lovely colourful flowers in the centre.
