I like the harsh and directional lighting on the cat, especially the effect it has on the eyes. The shadow even gives the cat a tail ! Background is not evenly lit and it appears that someone's shadow is visible. |

Very good contrast.The shadows on the cats' back and the light on the cats' front really help to bring out the beautiful curves. I like the wood grain on the cat. Depth of field is good. Great separation of foreground and background. Hightlights in the cats' eye is very cool. |

Lovely study of form and light. Great tones - nothing too dark or too light. Great lighting, especially bringing out the cat's eye against the darkness. 8 |
