Thank you for all the opinions and encouragement. I am always happy to receive your truthfull points of view on the pictures. Behind any there is always a chance to increase my viewpoint and that is what I aim for. This picture is simply as JeffryZ commented "...I would guess a long exposure with the figure not in the frame the entire time of the exposure...". Spot on my dear experienced observer!!! I was only exposed for 20 seconds while the environment was exposed for 30 seconds. And that was it, then just basic tunning of the colours and a bit of sharpening.
How'd you do this? Long exposure? The effect is interesting, but the highlights take your attention away from the main subject. Another angle may have produced a better result.
