 Another cold evening, I will have to get out in the day soon, mostly out after work during the week and can't go to far and it gets dark to early. This one is taken in Oshawa again about 35 km's from Toronto on Lake Ontario.
Desaturated the clouds and saturated the sky behind them, sharpening, dodging and burning and some neat image. I love cloudy winter skies they are so much fun to work on. Again I am putting day 8's in with about and 1.5 hours to go but I don't have time during the day tomorrow.

amazing shot. excellent golds and texture. The lightening up of the bottom is a bit distracting but I love the whole thing

I absolutely love this image... it is breathtaking.

The warmth of the sun, the foreboding clouds and the crispness of the wind blowing over the cold waters... all of these elements combine to make this a truly amazing image.

Very well done indeed.

Out-'F'ing-standing!!! "Hope you like it"? I love it. This is the kind of shot every photographer hopes to get someday. The work you did with it made it so much more beautiful... but left the "real" in there.

hi sue ... yeah this was one of my favourites of yours altho there are so many its very hard to decide coz you are one of my favourite photographers in dpc!!...
i really liked this one tho ...

think i'll take your suggestion from the thread, and put this one in as my fav of someone else's ..

Susan, this is another Ivory Stunner!!! I love winter skies too. Especially when there's a photographer as talented as you to turn them into works of art!!!!

this is great, so much too look at and take in. I really like the wisps of light near the bushes by the shore!

hi sue .. and yeah I LIKE IT!!! ... its another stunning and beautiful photograph by ivory .. i just love the dark somber mood combined with that awesome glow in the sky .. your processing is out of this world ... the way you compose your photographs & your colour sense is excellent ... you are such a talented artist & i admire your work .........
have just upgraded my computer and this is the second comment i've made since i've had it back ... now i'm going to edit some amazingly stunning photographs i took yesterday and today!!!! ... thats a joke by the way coz they are not amazing and they are not stunning .. thank god i wont be scored on them !!

WOW! don't know what else I could add, that is just tremendous. Since only god is perfect I need to mention you could get rid of that 1/2 inch of orange snow fence on the bottom right, but boy I had to work really hard to find anything I didn't like about this. and if thats all I could find, I should be beaten for even mentioning it. I really like this!
