 this is taken walking down my road and looking up to our paddock .. i'm putting in the original just so you know how it really looks!! .. it was the middle of the day and the sky was totally washed out etc etc etc ... i reckon some ppl will prefer the original .. i'd really like to see our area greener and not as dead looking and i spose thats wot i've tried to do with the editing .. except of course the red grass ...

Going to picton tomorrow so i can get some buildings or something more interesting than around my place .. wish me luck!!

I really like the final product on this one compared to the original. It's a great way to visualize what you'd like to see the place look like!

It must be very peaceful, and sometimes boring, where you live. I am happy that you have your photo hobby and internet to enjoy. Let us know how far it is to Picton when you post day 6.

Isn't this thread great to get us looking at our world through a photo's eyes :) I love looking at your place. It's the kind of place that makes me feel like I'm out of the suburbs and enjoying more open spaces. I love these huge tall trees. And you do an amazing job of compensating for the bright sky! I'm impressed.

But it will be great to see some pictures of Picton tomorrow too :)
