 Strong Noise Reduction
Contrast with curves and levels (different settings on each RGB)
Hue selective color blue --> desaturation, hue shift
Skin tone selective color --> hue shift, saturation
Selective color (white, highlights) --> added black tuning highlights down
Selective color (other colors)
All edits are adjustments layers in photoshop
Sharpening with smart sharpening
Resize
A little bit output sharpening
Changed color space from adobeRGB to sRGB
Hue saturation adjustment needed because of colorspace change.

---update---
i couldn't remove the flare because of the editing rules. It was fun making this image (ahumm).

haha well done good to see a bit-o-humer. i did a similar shot for simple pleasures and it got voted down bad. hope you don't suffer the same fate.

This shot didn't do much for me; I get it, could be funny, but the image itself (with the head upside down) and the white spot in the upper left corner didn't work for me.
