Photographer’s Notes
This was taken at the Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence, Italy. The weather was poor and light was poor. The subject may not be that interesting, but I like the effect of the blurred background and it does bring forward the rider and his bike.

The rider is nice and sharp but movement is very evident in the bikes tyres and the background. I also enjoy the bright colours against the muted background. The bike is also well positioned, leaving good spacing in the direction of travel. Well done.

This is good. there 3 different s[peeds shown (ground, car, motard) really pings the bike out

Against a more neutral background I'd have scored it higher. For me the car detracts too much as it looks like it's parked.

That is done so well that it looks like he is sitting still. Great job!

Nice relative speed there and the colours on the motorcycle make up for the dull light/exposure of the photo. 7.

Good job of motion tracking and creating stop motion. Excellent subject contrast with other moving subject. Image sharp/clear, but uninteresting.

Maybe the photo would be better without the car in the background. It is too "busy".

A little more feel of motion of the bike would have made this really great so that the bike didn't like so stationary.

This is great. I love how sharp the motorcycle is; especially how it stand out against the other car behind it. You also caught him switching lanes; it looks crazy. Wonderful capture.
