 I don't love it.

I just loaded CS2 and this is the first thing I've edited with it. Think I may have gone overboard playing with all the new stuff. :-)

Nice skyline, water, sky, colors. Cropping out vegetation/debris in foreground would be better.

Bracketing your exposure here would have given you more options in post - the sky is completely lost on the left side. This one is a prime example for HDR techniques. Nice framing, though -the railing really completes the image for me.

the dirtiness of the bottom part distracts from it as a postcard. not sure people would want to buy a postcard that showed how dirty a city can. get.
