Magen, this is so beautiful! Perfect exposure -- which is so hard to do with these bright lights on buildings at night. The sharp, cool blues without even a trace of being hot or over-exposed is amazing!

| Nicely done. This brings back some old memories (early 90's). Good choice of text and I like the border used as well. Good luck in the challenge. |

| The overexposed parts look really nice...like snow caps or glaciers or something...very cool. The one thing I think that could be improved is the NC text on the bottom. It looks a bit stretched too much. |
