 cropped and changed the levels a little, created 2 layers (one layer was the original and the other layer I used neat image to smooth out the skin). A little dogging and burning, some sharpening around the eyes.

a very sweet smile :) lighting looks nice, but the reflection of the light is in the center of your pupil and that looks a bit weird.

You are very good looking and you have a nice expression. There is a greenish tint to the hair that seems unnatural (hope it's not the chlorine! :)
