Challenge: Long Exposure II (Advanced Editing IV)
Collection: Portfolio
Camera: Canon EOS-20D
Lens: Canon EF 28-135mm F/3.5-5.6 IS USM
Location: home
Date: Nov 2, 2006
Aperture: f16
ISO: 100
Shutter: 30 sec strobes
Galleries: Action, Studio
Date Uploaded: Nov 2, 2006

This is one ball and one racquet. The raquet is covered in black as the ball is exposed by flashes. The cover is removed and the racquet is shot and then a tungsten bulb burns while raquet is moved. Possibly not worth the effort. lol

Wow, what an amazing shot! Too bad voters don't get the skills required to accomplish this shot. This should've placed 1st.

Another amazing effect shot from you. Thanks, as always, for explaining how you did it! I keep trying to emulate some of your techniques, but I'm nowhere near your skill level. Yet. ;)

Mr. Funk, great job, I tried something similar a few months ago, but had no strobes or flashes to use. This is great work and glad you put in the effort, congrats on your 16th place finish.

Great shot...

And even without you in it I guess that it was a graphicphunk...

:)

Probably cause you just do so many cool shots with unusual timings and exposures.

Something a little different amongst the waterfalls and cityscapes, very creative idea, nice composition, the ball in the top righthand side of the frame looks like it could fly right out of the shot. great job, best of luck.
