Serves 4-6, Prep time: 10 Minutes, Total Time: 25 Minutes.

1} Cook 1 pound Rigatoni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente,(until tender) according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. 2} Return
pasta into pot, and toss with 1 1/2 cups crumbled Goat Cheese (Feta) and 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan Cheese. 3} Season with salt and peper, and add some of the reserved pasta water as desired. Sprinkle with preferred topping, (I used sun dried tomatos, Large black olives and fresh whole green chives.) You can also add fresh chopped or torn herbs, or toasted pine nuts. I like to sprinkel a litte fresh dill on before eating.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. I really dont care what place i get in this challenge. I had a blast cooking this and taking about 100 photos of this dish. It got dry after a while and I had to spay it with a water bottle (LOL). The portion in the photo is 2 servings.

Cant wait to see the other recipes!!! And wonderful Photos!!!

Thanks to everyone who voted, And to all who left comments. I just didnt have the right lighting to stop the reflection on the Fork and Spoon. Thanks again, and i hope you enjoy the dish. Aubrey

P.S. I forgot to add the salt and pepper

This is very good. I like the composition, the colors, the added glass of wine and the green scallions on top. My only complaint (and it is minor) is the reflection in the top of the utensils. Otherwise wonderful photo.

Very nice. Looks yummy! :) The presentation of the food is perfect, the colors are a bit muted and the wine glass almost gets lost on the background but that adds to the shot for me since it look like the wine is almost floating! Two forks is a bit distracting, the one getting cut off at the top draws you out of the shot. An 8 to start but I'll be back :)

wonderful composition, great color and clarity. The glare off of the utensils is a little distracting, but everything else is terrific!!

The colors work great in this dish, and the composition is very nice. I'd like to eat some of this right now! The only things I can think to improve would be to show the ends of both pieces of silverware, and to get the wine in the cup to sit level.Thos are just small nit picking, as everything esle is perfect! Very nice...

The rigatoni is beautiful and nicely displayed and shot. The wine should add to the effect, but either through the choice of wine or the lighting, it comes out looking solid and murky rather than transluscent, as wine should be.

This is lovely. Is it tilred ever so slightly to the right? I think the level of the wine should be straightened to match the frame (nice frame too). 8

Really nice! I find my eyes drawn to the bright reflections at the top of the utensils a bit, but aside from that little nit-pick, this is a really great photo. Good work!

Picture looks tilted to the left. :( Great subject however. If you could have lit up the wine with a seperate light source that would be nice.

I like the angle that you took this shot at. It's a bit different from the usual overhead shots. Nice composition.

Good image. Smart too...since almost everyone loves Italian food. You used colour very well here. Ilike that you took the time to dip the rim in chopped parsley. Using wine in a stem glass helps complete the picture. My only nitpick is the two utensils sticking up. Imho they don't really contribute to the overall picture. But that's just me perhaps. Still one of my faves so far.

I would have liked it more if you would have pulled back a bit the truncated base of the bowl and tops of the silverware not as much, can't find the expression but something disorientatimg or out of balance. Like how the shadow of the boel anchors the image though and maybe like a hair light on the wine glass too

Stunning presentation! I like the crisp white look, really brings out the color and texture of the food. The greenery really tops this piece off - the bits around the edge are perfect. Perhaps a shift over to the right for the wine glass - just so its edges are all deliniated - not really a huge deal. Excellent job. 10

food looks great though overall it seems underexposed (e.g., grey background, almost black wine)

Very nice (Better than my effore...) Would have liked to have seen the rest of the first piece of cutlery. Nice decoration around the bowl too!

The food looks to be about to slide off the left hand side of the shot, it also looks unbalanced from the wine glass too , the fork that is cropped short seems odd too, nice what youve done with the chives ! ;0)

cool shot. My only suggestion is to take out the glare on the utensils.

I think this would have looked better without the utensils. As it is they are a little distractin, especially with the blown out tips. The vibrant mix of color of the food is enough on its own, and I like the herbs/parsley/stuff on the edge of the bowl/plate.
