This is one of my new pets. I didnt have this challenge in mind when I was shooting this. The light is too harsh, that is why he is washed out. Well, maybe you guys will be seeing him again.

There are too many hot spots on this photograph. If your camera has exposure lock and is able to be changed to spot, you should set it to spot and take your reading from the brightest point of the photo - ie the lizards back. Otherwise its taking the luminance of the entire photo and takes it to 17% gray (or something like that) Could have been a great shot otherwise!

The reptile seems to bright to me... it is hard to see him.

Creative! That's one of those ones that you kind of have to look twice to catch. I surprised he hasn't fallen off yet.

cool plant leaves. the subject loses a lot of detail do to the extremely bright lighting. and maybe too much contrast.

Not a bad shot. Try getting his eye in focus better and watch the exposure. The lizard body is overexposed (blown out) Good luck

The reptile appears to be very overexposed.

A bit bright, the gecko looses it's color against the leaves but I still love the shot

good idea, unfortunately the sun is much too harsh on his back and that really hurts this shot

A little overexposed for my taste. I also don't see anything placed, seated, or lying. 3

Lizards very light, if you have spot metering use it next time to spot the light subject or a midtone for light measurement of your shot.

too light on the reptile and it isn't in focus...

To much light. The subject is blown out. I cannot tell if the lizard is in focus or not. I don't belive he is.

good composition but the exposure needs a lot of work...
