thanks to all for the comments. like many people mentioned, the reflection isn't all there, and i almost didn't submit this pic because of that. i had some others that did include it, but were portrait and didn't include the bridge. i guess it's a good thing i went back and chose this one.

This is a very nice shot - I like the reflection. It would be a bit better if the reflection showed the whole structure, instead of being cut off at the bottom. I like how you got the tunnel to the left and the fence in the background. This seems like a very peaceful place. You captured a lot of elements in one shot. Good work.

The water coming off the wheel presents a possibility of time going by and the old joining the large expanse of past that is the lake, while the water coming in is unseen off the right of the picture waiting it's turn to turn the wheel.

I enjoyed the color of this photo and the reflection in the water. The grass almost looks like velvet. It is very well composed.

This is a nic epicturesque (sp) photo, I may have rated i higher if he shot were tighter on the building and its reflection (makin the stonework more noticeable under the building).

nice scene - I think a top of the house reflection could have added something to balance out the composition ?

Beauty shot! Great use of the rule of thirds, the reflection really adds to the shot.

Mabry's Mill :) Very nice shot... I went up there to do photos last summer and decided to postpone until the new wood had aged a little :) Excellent shot...

Appropriately reflective, tranquil mood. Would have been better if you had managed to get all the reflection in too. And the lighting on the building is a bit harsh
