Crazy! You are brilliant. After voting, I was curious where this was taken, but I hadn't thought it would be smaller-than-life! :)

You're the master of props. Really well done and I'd have had no idea, had you not told us how you did it!!!

Damn, was hoping to see this ribbon. What a great photo. Well, guess you can't beat the photoshop gurus but still, awesome work. Should offer it as a print.

Your setup is amazingly creative. Like this one alot. A little more black space above the "door" would improve this for my tastes just a bit.

there's just something special and "cute" about this photo, though I can't quite pin-point it. As usual, your personal touch shows in this shot - the clean, sharp appearance and colours. Love it.

p/s: congrats on the top 20 position!

I like this shot. The colors and the idea that peace might be on the other side of that door.

Love the lighting and the door. The colors area atractive. 9
The texture on the floor looks like it's a carpet which doesn't go to well with the style of the door, but perhaps it's pebbles. That's the only thing I don't like about this.

This doesnt say zen to me. but I may have no idea what zen is judging from my score. This is a very intriguing photo. after voting i'm hoping you'll let everyone know what that floor is made of. it looks like grapes or something. lol. good luck. 8

I really hope this shot ribbons. Perfectly meets the stated challenge description. The texture on the ground is excellent. The fall of the light is perfect. The background through the gate really gives it a feeling of the vast unknown. Composition is excellent. A very unique submission amidst the stacked rocks and plant shots. Just an all around great shot, grats.

it's a good idea, but the carpet looks like carpet here and so it's a bit of a giveaway

Simple and Zen. The little bit of light from the door could not have been there to see if there was not darkness around. A good combination of Yin and Yang unspoilt by simplicity and creativity. My only crib (a small crib) is that the setup looks a little artificial (is it?). Still a great photo and I hope it does well.8.
