| Nice shot, but not too sure about the thick black edge on the right. I'd suggest cropping it off. |

| There is blank space. However, I don't see how it enhances the subject or helps the composition. |

| Negative space should have a purpose. This is cropped in negative space for the sake of the challenge. |

| It's interesting, and definately has negative space, but I don't feel, in this case, that the negative space adds to the image as a whole. But I do think that the actual fireworks are quite nice. |

| You have left a large block of black to the right of this image which artificially increases your negative space. A nice shot if this were the genuine composition. |

| the challenge says use the surrounding space of your subject to create the wow of the photograph. the surrounding space is black in this image. |
