Greetings from the Critique Club Stan!

First off, I like her placement in the image and of course the title is great. Her expression is priceless and you captured it nicely.

As far as technicals go, the color seems a bit too saturated. Also, you might have had to expose the way you did to bring her out but it has blown the background, her right arm and leg out in the process. You'll also need to take advantage of the 640 pixels. When you use anything much smaller you already start out at a disadvatnge with the voters.

Overall a good capture of the expression.

Thanks for the opportunity to critique this image Stan.

Cheers - Phil

I think the colors are a bit over saturated.

I like the idea, and her expression and the bright colours, but I'm not sure I like the blown out bits behind the girl

I think this is a great 'poster' photo.. Kids around her age would want to see the movie if they saw this shot.. Really good job of catching her with that expression... I like the motion blur in her hands.. one suggestion I would make, and it's not major, is her dress on the left looks a little blown which causes it to merge into the bg... but the overall feeling of this photo makes that unimportant.

You get extra points for the title. The composition is good, but your focus is soft and the light behind the child is too harsh.

"don't wanna nap!" - Too much color going on here, but great capture of life as it happens.

A great image. The title isn't great. After all, the image conveys all that and more, but it's not terrible either. It would be nice if the title suggested a story rather than just the character, but at least it doesn't detract. This is probably an interesting indie movie about a demon child (not literally).

I like your idea and the expression on the girl's face, but I feel that you saturated the colors a bit too much.

Really too small a picture ... you should really try to get it 640 on the long side to create a bigger impact. In addition this is a four word title ..

exposure is poor, the white behind the subject is far too washed out. Also focus appears to be too soft (maybe needs a little more USM) and there is a lot of noise in the blue mat. I give it a 3
