| I appreciate all the comments. So many said "grainy" and I don't see that. I'm wondering if it's my eyes or my monitor or what. |

| Beautiful colors. I think you have the basis for a great idea here. I'd suggest using a really smooth paper (maybe origami paper?) and take some real care to fold the fans perfectly. Then make sure it's well lit to avoid as much of the camera "grain" as possible from being introduced to the picture. |

| nice idea, and simple to implement. i've tried playing with colored paper but haven't been happy with any of my shots yet. i like this one. couple of nitpicky things: the black corners at top left and bottom right. would be nice if there was colored paper there, too. the orange paper that sticks out under the blue (tiny corner) is distracting. i told you i was being nitpicky. :) other than that, the shot is a tad grainy but you may have intended that. i would've preferred less grain personally. -- gr8photos (6) |

| I like the concept of taking something simple and capitalizing on the color and geometric form. Photographically there are some problems with lighting, noisi, and contrast. Some of the highlights are blown out, especially on the green piece. I'm not sure why there is so much noise, but if you have PhotoShop elements, PhotoPaint or some such program, then you can remove some of the noise. I would suggest increasing the color saturation and possibly the contrast too. I'll assume some of these problems are related to the camera so I'm scoring a bit higher than I otherwise might have based on the creativity and composition, which are good. |

| Nice still life, good color... the noise does take away from the shot though... might be a limitation of the camera but try shooting this at a lower ISO. |
