| Certainly one of my fears after a set of lights and signals failed and I went through a crossing with a train less than a half-block away. The dashboard is a distraction, though. |

| This is good! railroad crossings are a fear for a lot of people. I know this would have been impractical, but if you could have caught a train half way through the crossing, i think it would have been great! (I'm not lowering my score because of that though :)) good work! = 8 - jmsetzler |

| It would be scarier if there were a bright light shining down the track from off-frame on either side, to simulate the train's imminent appoach. |

| i like the lighting in this one, but i think the oof-ness (is there such a word?) doesn't add to the photo, although i suspect you were using that to make it look more frightening. i guess i'm just rarely a fan of overall blurred pictures, sorry. -- gr8photos (2) |

| At first view i voted this very low cause I didn't see the fear. Just looked kind of fuzzy and blurred, but as I looked at it looking for a comment, it's grown on me. I think the fear here is a regional thing though. City folks with railroad crossing gates most likely won't relate. |

| this might have worked better if a train's headlight were pointing down the track. Technically, the focus is bad though the color and exposure are great. |
