Just going back over the photos I rated really high (9) to see how they did...... This was one of my very fav shots - I don't give 9's lightly - I think it should have ribboned - I can only imagine the pride that young guy will feel when you give him a copy of this unique/excellent action shot |

Pretty cool shot! Stands out in this challenge. The only thing I'm not keen on is the light bit in the dark area just below the front tire. |

Congrats on top 20. This image seems almost faked and I agree with Jutilda about an image being so blurred yet so effective and creative. Great job!
Edit to add: I agree with Hopper and JPR. This image is completely underrated.

Heh man, congrats on top 20. It's amazing how something so blurred can be so impactful. I love it. |

Completely off the wall. An image that looks like more than an exercise in attaining the effect. |

love the 'look' of this photo. Not sure it is a classic example of panning technique, but I like it. |

I come back to this one and still can't quite peg this image. I like the motion is shows like he's merging with the background pr something. Bumping up. 8 |

Pretty good job of panning for that low of a shutter speed. It's good as an art photo, but as a sports photo not so good. Still, I like the blurred background a lot, although the light streaks are a little distracting. |

Incredible panning shot...awesome colors, great feel of motion and action, creative subject matter and use of pan. While others went after the simple, obvious horizontal pan of cars and bikes you went further... most excellent! |

Motion pans just have to have a bike in them don't they? Awesome adaptation of the classic bike motion pan. (10, good luck!) |

Pretty good meeting of a difficult challenge. Would be better if subject were just a little sharper, a slightly faster shutter speed would help, as you have matched the body motion pretty well and there is plenty of motion panning effect. |

So far the best atmosphere from any of the shots. Am sure some will say this needs to be sharper, more in focus, etc - but I really liked this within the context of the challenge. Great shot - 7 |
