I wanted to really go all out for this challenge, but due to a flu, non-stop rain and a series of very unfortunate events....I wasn't left with much. Either way, I did what I could.
The wings are fake spiderwebs pinned to the wall.
I had to redo the wings after several shots cause it looked like they were coming out of my ears. And for the hair; it's not really pink. i colored it in ps. I'm sure there will be some that think it would look better without it, but I felt it needed a little punch.

Yay, top 10! I was wondering if I'd ever get out of my rut. And as for the tilted horizon....well I actually didn't notice it, lol. Goes to show how attentive I am. The whole area I took it in was a tad off, as there was a straight floor jutting out of a slanted floor (same place I took my pumpkin pic). Well, anyhoo...Thanks everyone for the votes and comments and stuff!

First Impression - the most important one: Emotions are running wild ... this has such a wonderful feeling about it and is so very real ... did the powers in the wand not work?
Composition: And you were the model as well ...this totally blew me away ... as many voters said the tilted floor works .. the colours on the wall are a great complement to the "pink" hair .. the wings look like they are actually on your back. and it almost perfectly hits thirds.
Subject: Defiantely meets my idea of a fantasy.
Technical (Colour and light): well lit and well coloured .. .adding the pink hair was genuis ...
To grow its vote?: Top 10 ... Be sooo proud of that .. you had stiff competition and took most of them apart.
Summary: Fantastic shot ... it is well balanced and just totally wistful.

When I saw that little face...I knew it was you. I love this photo and I gave it a 10. Not because I knew who took it, but because of the incredible imagination and creativity that you put into your photos.

Wow. I really like this photo. I'm even wondering if it would have been better as a B&W. But then you lose the color of the hair...so maybe not. My only niggle is perhaps losing detail in the upper right-hand corner, but that's about it. Great work.
Hello Annah! I love the simplicity and starkness of your photos. I'm not quite certain about the "tilt" of the "horizon" but I love the burst of color from your wig. The "wings" are a nice compliment as well.
I really like the feeling in this photo. It evokes, to me, lost childhood and lost dreams...the setting adds to that feeling - her hair and wings are lovely... wonderfully executed

I'm not quite getting the fantasy to reality aspect of this since she it is clear she is playing dress-up (teenage style :D) and the title even indicates it's not real. Maybe I'm being to literal about making a fantasy appear like a reality? I like the portrait quite a bit though.You may get some nits about the tilt but I think for the subject this off-kilter view works somehow.
Good work. Only one colour helps to make her stand out.
Few things I would have done otherwise. I would have rotated the picture, cut out the wall on the right side and the big dark spot in the lower left corner wich takes the attention a way from the girl.
Great capture. I love the wings and the pink hair. The expression on her face is talkative. Seems like she cannot really do much with her power and magic. I don't really catch the meaning of the tilting, maybe she is starting to walk down to the wrong way? Not sure, just an idea.
I don't know if the tilt was intentional or not, but it definatly works and is tops the picture. Are those spiderweb wings? Ah, the mind of a teenager. Good work Annah
