This photo seems very morbidly erotic seeing as her bones in her neck really protude -- nice and "weirdly" normal!

Great depth of field, tinting, and youthfull posing. Revealing if closely viewed yet very energetic even without the nude element.

Very expressive, I love the smooth skin textures and the arched back. The hands on breasts might be a little unnatural looking, but it doesn't come off as a real problem. I like the background as well.

Great exposure and affective composition. The background is blurred, but still a little distractiving. I keep looking back to the tonalilty of the skin.... nothing blown out and very nice shadows on wait and hips.

Absolutely love this! Lighting and composition are right on, and the sepia tone works well. She is a gorgeous girl; great job!

The tones and lighting in this shot are just beautiful, as is your dof separating the model from the background. Beautiful detail in her hair, and it's nice to see a head attached to a body. I'd love to see more from this session - this pose feels a bit uncomfortable to me, as if she's a bit too tense while leaning back. (I want to reach my hand out for her to lean on so she can relax. Possibly something I'm reading into it that isn't there - only a minor nit-pick.) Other than that, you've got the tones down perfectly and the composition perfect, as well as a gorgeous model.

This is excellent. I wonder if this is a composite with the background or not. It doesn't really matter. Black and white was the perfect choice. Nice composition too. -Tim

this is a very simple yet beautiful shot. I think the model is in great part the one responsible for it. the pose is great and natural and the duotone works very good.

good job.

I like it. nice pose, nice toning (I'm referring to the shades of grey, but HER toning is nice too :) ), great subject. something is bothering me about the shadow on her elbow...the lighting is unnatural, and though I can't figure out why, i'm going to hazard a guess it's post-shot editing. Did you blur the background after the fact, or do some dodging? Overall very nice effect - one of my favourites of the challenge.

What a stunning model! Love the pose too. I would have liked to see her elbows a bit lower.... nonetheless if I could vote I'd give it a 10 :)

Very nice photo. The composition, DOF, textures, lighting are all very well done. You have also captured a great expression in your model. One small thing, her hair seems to be tied up. Maybe letting it down would have added a little something more to the shot. Then again, maybe not. In my top 3......9

A feel-good kind of shot. Like the crop, and the b/w choice. Frame is also very tasteful. I like it - 7

An absolutely great example of someone really enjoying the warmth of the sun upon their skin. And, look, a little nipple poking out! I feel a strange kinship with this entry! (See my SP Revisited entry LOL).
Great background too - fantastic shapes and texture to it but softness too.
Lighting and skin tone seems just right.
One of my favourites.

Nice shot.. perhaps a little bit of a corny pose though. I would like to have seen more contrast between the model and the background... easily done here given the waiving of the usual rules. The model is very photogenic! 8

Great image, strong composition. I would prefer colour, but maybe it is stronger in B&W? 8 Morgan

I liked the pose and the image is real nice.. Found the title off putting.. Woudn't a sun basker have naked breasts? Loved the flesh tones..7

Fantastic pic! I love the falloff of the lighting, and the way your subject is offset yet blends in with the background. The color correct is fantastic - a very well executed and staged picture. I gave it 10.

I feel this photo could have used minor adjustments here and there to make it better. For instance, the jaw could have been more relaxed, maybe with the mouth opening a little. As it is, the face looks a bit crisp (probably due to the nervosity of being naked and photogrpahed- I see this often with my models). The crop at the top could have been closer to the head as well. On the positive side, the use of the shallow depth of field is perfect for this type of shot, putting emphasis ont he model instead of the surroundings. Nice use of monohrome color. Very nice skin details. The angle of the model's pose is nice too but... I feel it is missing something- or perhaps it looks too staged, unnatural. I think the action of the model is missing a purpose. I find myself wondering why she is touching her breast because I can't see what the model feels... Is it joy? Pleasure? Sensuality? I dont know because I don't feel any of these looking at this photo. Do you see what I mean? The lighting is very nice. Congrats on tentering the nude challenge! Keep it up! 6

I like this. Do women really often grabs their own breasts when they're naked and not posing for pictures? I always wondered that. In my expereince it isn't the case. Still, this looks natural enough, if a little posed. The shade of the duotone may be a little off for a sunbathing situation, but I'm not sure what would improve it. Nice work. One of the best so far!

Very nice. I love the shallow dof, pose and expression is excellent (doesnt look forced at all). Perfectly sharp and I love the greenish sepia tone. My one and only 10 for the challenge. Great shot.
