 I used the vertigo effect - zooming in while panning out, with a slow shutter speed. It may not fit the challenge description perfectly, but it fits the challenge title.

The extreme blur doesn't add anything to this shot, but instead distracts me from what could be a very pretty flower picture.

Hrmm... I've been debating it in my mind, but I have decided that i like the effect. The picture realy does "Burst". Nice work!

I dont like the effect that was put on this shot. i would have rather seen a crisp image of the flowers with the colors poping
