 Was raining so visited a friend. Their daughter was sitting on the couch playing PS2....total concentration. Though it was an overcast, pretty gloomy kind of day, the light on her face was lovely.

Levels, curves, channel mixer to b/w. Split tonings using adjustment->variations, usm. Cloned small part of shoulder showing under hairline.

Gave this a 7. Really liked the toning, especially with the freckles. Crop was good too. That seemingly candid 'catch' I now know is PS2 entrancement - good 'timing' and capture.

Color is not appealing, but a nice tight face shot, pretty young lady and a great capture of the intensity of video game play. ;-) Nice job Sue.

Portraiture is my favorite type of photography, I really like the way she seems to have a distant look about her. Not posed looking. Great Job.
