 I took this and many other shots while driving home from work for the weekend. I have been in West Virgina for a few months now, and it is a beautiful place...very photogenic.

Editing here was simple...some levels, curves, and Hue/Saturation. No cropping, no borders, but I did use USM. Is that so bad?

The lighting was working against your here - your foreground does not have enough light and the sky is over exposed.

this would have benefited from a neutral grad to hold the sky back. Interesting design with the fencing, forms a couple of triangles

This is such a great photo, I love the dark mood of the old fence leading you up to the hillside. I just wish the sky wasn't so blown-out white. High marks never the less!

the exposure is a bit dark, and the clouds are blow out, maybe a polarizer next time would be better, the composition is good , keep shooting.
