This is so cute! I had gotten some video footage of an Eastern Chipmunk stuffing his cheeks with bird food. His/her cheeks became much wider than his body! I loved every minute of it, probably more than he did. I really love them. Florida supposedly has them, but I have never seen one here. One of the things I miss about upstate New York.
You captured this beautifully. You must have gotten down pretty low to get this perspective. Good job! Well composed and exposed, and perfect saturation. 10

I love squirels, and such :) Today I had one try to pickup 3 peanuts at once...very funny but this is great.

cute shot...here sure looks like he is packing it away! Could be a touch stronger on the focus on his face, but I love the angle here, and the DOF!

had no one ever feed him .... LOL - a tad sharper would have been a ten 9/10

What a FANTASTIC shot!! I have never seen a squirrel with its cheeks so full.
This gets a 10, and is the winner in my book.

He's a cutey! Off center works well here, because the chipmunk seems part of an environment.

This is a remarkable picture. He looks almost guilty to be caught in the act. Nice catch.

Not really off-center (or not nearly as much as some others in the competition), so I have to grade it a little lower than I would if the topic were, say, Hunger, Animals, Thrift, or Caught in the Act. In any of those this might well be a 9 or 10-point shot; focus is lovely, DOF just right for my tastes, colors varied enough not to bore, expression and pose very cute. However, as it is, 5.

How funny! The little guy sure knows how to stuff himself full -- much like I do! Great shot -- and great DOF to emphasize his face.

AHHHHahaha. Awesome. This attests to my believe that animal shots are getting better and better on here. It's good to see photographers taking a lot of shots and waiting for the perfect moment rather than just snapping a shot of a chipmunk they happen to see. this is just awesome and it makes me smile.
