A wide angle, yes. But your subject isn't very interesting. It kind of looks like an eBay photo. I would look for a more interesting subject for your next challenge. Good luck on this one, however.

Seems to me like an opportunity shot - the PC was there, so was your camera. Sorry - IMHO it is not very inspiring.

The lighting in this shot isn't doing much to enhance it. It seems very flat and even which makes the picture sort of dull. Try lighting from the side to give shadows and three dimensions. Also, nothing really seems in focus. Try focusing on he "Intel Inside" sticker. Finally try this shot in black and white...I don't think the color adds anything to this one.

Technically, this image is fine- good focus and exposure. Artistically, it doesn't appeal to me. The brown carpet doesn't make a very good backdrop. A head on, centered shot is kind of dull here, and the subject matter is not all that interesting. Try getting creative with the angle you are shooting at or the lighting to add some punch to the picture.

I think this might have made a better macro study than wide-angle study. This would have also been a much better picture if you had used a better backdrop. Maybe shoot from closer to the ground, instead of focusing on the "guts" of the computer? On the good side this is sharp, well focused, well lit, and good contrast.

Hey! I was wondering where that went. Did you find my old copy of risk on there? :P

Were you after a perspective wide angle shot? Try shooting an architectural object - they are way more fun than grey computer shell. The cloning in the carpet is also quite obvious. Try softening the background and sharpening the computer case.

not too appealing for this topic.

Interesting entry. For me, while I think it's a good shot of a computer, the subject matter doesn't hold my visual interest as well as other entries in this challenge.

Frankly not very interesting. Sorry. :-)
