Very cool shot. Too bad I didn't even have time this week to look at or score this challenge. Those girls SO wanted to make out with you! ;-)

Joey, Good work on this pic!!! I don't know if you'll consider this good or bad, but at work, on a yellow sticky note, I wrote the words Wide Angle Zebra = Joey. Congrats on the top 20 finish and a unique entry!

Great shot! How did you get this close to use a wide angle? These guys are known to be mean. Or is it a tele cropped to look wide, hmmm, that would be hard and still keep the DOF you have here and the sharpness. Damn, I'm stumped.

Great capture and angle of view! It really shows off your subject well, including the zebra's pose. I'll bet that you will have some people stating the background is distracting and that you should have used a more narrow DOF to isolate your subject. I probably would have agreed with that assessment if the composition was not as good as it is...very well balanced and simple. Outstanding work. 10

If there was any way to hide the fense so that this would look more "natural" or wild this would be a perfect photo. As I see it, you made the absolute most out of the subject, lighting, and colors. Great Job!

Very stunning. I will be very interested to hear what all you did to this post processing wise. The zebra just LEAPS out of the photograph...and there is wonderful depth to the overall picture as well. Very interesting and fresh composition and framing/croping. I like it alot. A 10 from me. =)

Good luck!

The results of the GTA GTG!! Excellent wide angle view. The contrast of the B&W stripes against the colour realy is cool. There are a couple of spots in this image that look strangly blurred (around the back feet, along the edges and top of the tree). Is this blur from processing or captured in camera or wind? At any rate, I really like the shot ... a good composition!

I suspect this is a Toronto Zoo piccy. Joey?
Excellent. 10.

Hey, just a note, I see some weird spots to the left of the zebras hind feet. Like possible burn spots in the grass.

I would prefere not to take wide angle shots of a horses ass!
I suggest next time to try to get to the hores side or front.

Nice to see an animal in the mix. Great perspective. The colors of the sky and grass are nicely achieved. Great clouds. That little whip of the tail is an added touch. 8
