| I love what you did with the colours in this photo. The steering wheel has an interesting texture, but the photo itself seems disorienting. It's nice that it has an impact of some kind though. |

| the steering wheel (?) being in focus leads me to believe the rest of the picture is supposed to be out of focus. That's cool, but the steering wheel isn't that interesting to me. I like the blue hues. |

| Funny, I took a kind of similar shot all in blue in my car - but way before the challenge. Like the abstract OOF car that's still recognizable and the texture of the steering wheel. |

Very blue, and I don't get your title, sorry, my dumb. This is a very interesting effect and the artsy folks will probably "grade you up", but not me.
