 I realize my lighting of the background is uneven, with too much shadow on the left hand side of the frame. I need to keep practicing with this, or get a bigger room in which to shoot so that I can move my lights around a little better.

Don't really care for these contrived setups unless they produce a really striking photo. This one doesn't in my opinion.

This whole photo works for me except the way her foot is causing her calf to bulge out. Still high marks.

This is different. But different is good. Nice color in the phone and toe nails, and nice idea. But with the theme of the challenge being 'Color Portraits', I suspect this image will suffer due to all the black and white, in the image. <6>
