 These are the the first pair of dress shoes my grandmother wore in the late 1890's.

Diffused flash
shadow & highlights
very very little sharpening
very small amount of de-sat.

All processing really was not needed, it just looked nice at first glance.

I hope my grandma is proud, I sure am that I still keep these memories of her close to my heart.

I really like this composition. I love the dress, but since shoes are supposed to be the main subject of the picture, I might have cropped it closer to show off the shoes better but then you would have lost the dress. That's just me. Congratulations on one of the few really nice pictures in this challenge.

This is absolutely one of the coolest pictures in this challenge. I can see this matted and framed on a wall in a victorian room. I love this! LOVE IT! 10

I'd like this better from a different perspective. Maybe shoot it from the level of the shoes down on the ground. I don't even think the old timey dress is necessary, but that's just me. I love the old beat up button ons though.
