I think this photo would fair extremely well as a macro shot, or closer up. Also, learn to set the white balance! It's an easy tool, and very valuable. The photo has a blue tint to it, caused from the flash.

Gorgeous in its delicacy. I am a clod at trying to photograph spiderwebs clearly so seeing one always knocks me out. Focus is great, composition is wonderful. The only thing I find distracting are the trees behind because of the way the light is filtering through them the web can get almost obscured or outdone. If there was a way to get something darker behind the web while still using the light to pearlesce (is that a word??) off the raindrops, I think that would help the web pop out just a bit more and add loads of wow. That said, this is still a fantastic image. I gave a 6.

Neat...it would be even better if you can give a close up on the droplets =)

Nice shot. I like the composition, but would have liked it even better with the spider. You might also consider pumping up the colors a touch.

A shallower DOF would have really given this shot an added kick. As it is the web is too easily lost in the background.

Very nice web shot. Loved the blues and greens in the background. Though there are several blown out highlights from the background, they are not enough to distract from the image.

Not a very rainy shot. I like the dof & the web is interesting. All sorts of good ways to compose it, they would all probably work nicely.

Including the spider would have been perfect, nice light..

Great shot!!

The cool, wet look really works here.

The web is very well represented too!

simpler background would make this stronger

Spider webs are so beautiful with the rain droplets. The blue sparkling background is nice.

Something bothers me about the crop on the bottom. Other than that, great capture. The background is pretty awesome.
