Constructing the model was the hardest part of this entry... after all, it's not easy building something that is impossible to build! It didn't quite turn out as well as I had hoped, but it will have to do, as I don't have more time to devote to this challenge.

Post processing: rotated, cropped, USM, color adjustments/changes and minor cloning out of a few distracting glue spots at the joints.

A classic illusion that I've never seen done in a photograph! Well lit to accentuate the illusion. Not sure the ball adds anything, but it doesn't take away either.

Textbook illusion but very well illustrated

would be hard to add some 'dramatic angle' on this one, since the illusion is solely based on the angle of the triangle itself, but the centeredness doesn't really work for me here. I like the additino of the ball, I think that helps a lot. background being black makes for nothing distracting. focus on the triangle seems soft, but I wonder if it's just the texture that makes it look so?

Good use of light and depth to get this to work.

Great idea, the only observation I would make is that the triangle gives the feeling of a graphic rather than wood.

Clever idea! I would have loved to see the object fill the frame for even more impact.

Bumping up to 6 for this age old trick :) I'm an architect and I still can't figure it out.

First Impression: Image is a bit small. Lots of negative space and not much mid-contrast in the wood.
Was I fooled? Yes! Congratulations! Looking foreward to seeing how you made this!

mystical - the ball is what has me wondering, how is it floating in the middle ;)

This still is a "question mark" to me!

i like this illusion. i wonder if you get the same illusion without the blue ball in the middle. I would like the simplicity of that.

Awesome, very good perspective, lighting on the left corner is a bit too light (could be my monitor) but over all wonderful entry and a perfect fit on the challenge. 10
