Taken after a classic summer downpour which offered brief relief from the heat and humidity.

Had a couple of brick shots as well, but found this shot more interesting texturally and visually.

Trying to show not only the water and create a sense of either after the rain or early morning dewiness, but also the slight texture of the leaves as well.

Still learning...

The lighting is a tad harsh, but the composition and the DOF are terrific! Beautiful crop.

Not much texture to lookat, but very nice picture. Maybe a bit over exposed, the foreground mainly.

would be nice if you zoomed in an allowed your viewers to see the texture of the leaves (the fine ones) 7

Nice image. The water drops add great texture to the leaves. And it's a pleasing composition to look at. . . not just plain texture. Good job.

The light seems a tad reflective and blanching although the water droplets are a very nice effect.

Maybe you didn't grow up in California but I hope you understand this:
"Righteous pic bro, I hella dig how you got that leaf at like a totally 2d'd out angle and stuff" Actually I think Im the only Californian to have said that anyways, regardless good picture.
