Crop, selected bottle, changed contrast, selected balance changed contrast, unsharp mask, little cleanup then sized.
I set this up by putting a couple of flashlights on the base of the bottle to get a slight glow.

I get so much from this photo. Not only does the bottle say "Family Vineyards", it also says to me, "Family is coming over, grab the wine. I need it!" That's how I feel with my in-laws sometimes. :)

As far as the photo, it would have been nice for there to be more light on the bottle. The DOF is nice, I like the background blurred, but not too much. I just would have liked to see the bottle stand out more against the background.

Good job. Keep up the good work, and don't let them get you down! :)

Sorry but you are thinking too much out of the box here for me at least, I donĀ“t get what alcohol has to do with "family". Also too dark for my taste. Just wanted to give you the reason why I gave it a poor score.

I don't understand what a bottle of wine has to do with family. I do see "family vinyards" ,btw. There isn't anything in the family pictures to connect them with the bottle of wine, as being part of the Sutter family.
The family pictures don't look right. or maybe it's the composition. Whatever it is is causing me to study the picture but not enjoy it. It might be because the background is maybe on a computer screen and there is a lack of shadows.

I'm not sure if you applied a warming filter to this, but it feels a bit too orange/red, especially on the lable of the bottle.

I see the Family Vineyards and the potraits on the wall connection, but the shot doesnt make me feel "family". Make me feel like a nice glass of rose.

maybe a bit of a risky shot.. not many members are going to give you credit for this much thinking outside their box. i like the pic and think you did a good job.

What family? The Sutter family? Sorry, but a bottle of wine does not convey family to me. If the photos in the background were your subject I could buy it. But not the wine bottle - even if your name is Sutter (I don't know if it is or not).

I think this is a very understated image which should do well if it is really looked at 8

This is just kind of ho hum for me. I think I'd like the see the whole bottle, not just the label. Maybe more interesting surroundings might have set it off better.
