A candid snapshot of my two youngest sons, playing around as usual. They're so much fun to watch together...that is when they aren't clobbering one another! :)
Yeah, it's a kid pic. Probably about a 5.2. But that's ok.
I shot this in RAW, then converted it in RawShooter Essentials. I used PS CS2 and applied Power Retouche's Neutral b/w toning filter to get the tones. I increased contrast, lessened brightness, and used Smart Sharpen for sharpening.

Great shot - were they just goofing around in front of a black backdrop? Whenever I try to photograph my two guys in front of a backdrop one is always on the move or they are too far apart from eachother and I have to "cut out" some of the extra space. Too bad the right side is a bit blurry - otherwise perfect!
Very sweet. amd well done. A bit of noise and blur, but the pose and expressions are priceless. In fact, the more I view, the more I think the motion blur adds to it. Good luck, one of my top picks for the challenge!
nice emotion. i like how 1 is blurred and 1 is focused. perhaps it mirrors their personalities. his eyes looking off are great, unfortunately i'm drawn to the brother's hand on his back, which is cool but seems to distruct the balance of the image and pull me away from the center...since the embrace is an intricate part of the feeling, perhaps cropping down the right side to the ear would help things bleed off the page on the right as you have done on every other side, and rebalance the image...at least for me. I realize these are some overly critical comments for what will undoubtably be a very well received image...sorry...nice capture.
