i like the green color here but i would have liked to see a difference in the water from the sand. the night sky needs to be more black as it looks(on my monitor) it looks brown. brightness and contrast can fix this. good luck5

Curious photograph.Apears focused for the stars at the infinity position. What is surprising is that you could capture anything at all. The stars are best focused but it seems like you would have to have the shutter open so long that the waves would be completely blurred out.

The idea for this image seems solid but it will score poorly primarily because of poor focus of the foreground elements of ocean and sand. It almost looks hand held. If this is the case then using a tripod would be recommended. You will need a longer exposure time and a narrower aperature in order to get everything clear in this image. That will likely result in the ocean being blurry because of wave action motion during the time the shutter is open, but that might turn out to be a neat effect.

I love pictures of the sea etc but I would have preferred it had it been a bit sharper. Purley my opinion though.

It looks sorta misty and that would have been ok if the sand was in focus. It would have given the picture some depth. As is, it just looks oof. I like the colors.

I really appreciate the concept here, and love the composition. I think the amount of space that you gave to the ocean and the sky are perfect. However, I think the lighting or the post-processing on the ocean were a little off - perhaps I'm wrong & the lights on the beach were just too strong to give a more subtle glow rather than a harsher light. I do wish it were a softer contrast, because this could have been very beautiful.

Base score 5
Poor lighting/comp/processing -1
Total score 4

I like the idea, but I think either the focus is off or the processing is off...good idea, just needs to be crisper and pop a little more

this is badly out of focus, Iwish this had been in focus as it has great potential

this photo suffers from the lack of sharpness and the white balance problems

Good idea..;-)

This looks like a very bad video capture. Looks like it needed a tripod. I would like to have seen something (floating log, person knee high in water, inflatable boat, whatever) on the lower left third.

so blurry, would like to see this more in focus with more of the sky

Sorry, this is way too out of focus to enjoy.
