Gorgeous winter day in Sydney. Was looking very hard for an idea for this challenge and framing is harder than you think to find (naturally anyway). Only shot 2 photos and this looked better on the computer when I saw it enlarged. Not completely framed but close enough. The B/W has more punch than the orig colour version, IMO anyway !

Editing :
Slightest crop
resize
used channel mixer for B/W conversion
adj levels and curves
small spot cloning
USM
add border

The curves of the palm fronds and the roofline complement each other nicely.

An excellent naturally framed image. The iron fence is pretty strait and the way the palms on the right touch the opera house is great. The only minor defect is the lowest palm frond on the left side obscures part of the most interesting part of the building on that side. I would recommend cloning out the part that covers the building on the left sideto to remove it as a distraction. Great picture!

I'm not usually a big fan of branches in the foreground because most people don't consider if they add or distract from the composition. And most times they distract, imo. But these really add to your composition because they repeat the shapes in the opera house. Thanks. You've given a completely new way of viewing a much photographed building.

I love this shot! The palms and the railing(?) are excellent foreground elements to enhance the opera house. I would have cropped out that little tad of a leaf at the very top, or else included a little more of it. I still love your image. It's one of my top 5 favs in this challenge!

Oh my oh my a professional look at the opera. The little bit of the palm tree at the top right irritates a bit but this shot is very good.

I really like this shot a lot, but I think more contrast should have been added to really make this pop.

Nice image. More contrast would add oomph, I feel. I'm also taking a small issue with the tuft of palm peeking in from the top of the frame, on the right hand of the image.

I really like the image, but I'm not sure about the frame. I like the way it comes in, I'd just like to see a little more on the top.

I like the framing and subject but the b/w seems a little flat may have worked better if you could have got a little more contrast especially with the sky and sails.well done
