A more interesting subject would help.

I like the idea! Phone looks as though it's held very straight up and down, so good job on working those lines! The very top of the phone is cropped off a tad (minor nitpick). The only distraction in the photo is the glare from a window (?) that nearly obscures the numbers on the call screen. Other than that, it's a nice sharp image with good focus.

I'm afraid this just feels too much like a last-minute snapot to me. The background is distracting, as is the reflection of the window off the bottom right of the screen. The top of the phone has been cropped off, and the hand just feels too close.

I can see the idea, but for it to work (for me) the background needs to be un-noticed (ideally totally uniform, but at least without the patterned carpet!) and the camera needs to be pulled back to at least include the entire phone.

nice idea, but less reflection on the phone's display would've improved the shot.

Would have been a much stronger image if you had not got that reflection on the pnones screen

It's a phone.
