| Actually thats a Honeysickle, midnight blues are similar but are strictly a sub-tropical species. Good framing. |

| good photo. there is a lot of great detail in the leaves and flower and good subtle lighting i believe could have been augmented by some levels and curves adjustments. |

| Shallower DOF would greatly improve this shot. The clear focus on all of the green as well as the blue doesn't let the blue pop out at the viewer. |

| if you drew a line in the middle of this photo vertically, and cropped the left hand out, then repositioned the flower, you'd have a very strong impact with the flower. |

| Nice composition. IMO, you could score higher with some playing in photoshop (increasing the contrast, and playing with saturation to bring out the blue more). |

| This could benefit with some PS curve work and contrast/brightness...If you have photoshop. If not your just going to have to live with these comments. :p |
