This image has a rich dreamy feel to it. The colors are few, the composition is uncluttered by other foreground objects, it fits the challenge well. Beautiful image.

i really like it, how did you get this look? The green leaves are so interesting, i almost wish the yellow flowers weren't even there

Very surreal looking; I really like the visual texture.

Beautiful! The colours are great, the light and shadows too... The leafs look like brush strokes in a painting. Well executed photo.

This is cool! Looks like a drawing.
Ironically, the even spread of highlights is what attracted me, and keeps me wanting to look at this.

The colors are very attractive but the flower could have been sharper

nothing is really in focus here, and I think that takes away from the photo. You had a good composition, just need a better execution next time. Keep it up though.

This one would look good on a wall anywhere. Congrats! 9

There is some issues with the sharpness of this image. I believe this image can meet the challenge description as well as the definition of minalism. Artisticlly you delt with the image well within the four side of the frame. You would have scored a perfect 10 if it were not four the sharpness issues as stated. Not sure if it is focusing or noise etc.

This is beautiful scenery! The idea is also very good, not to use a surrounding that is one flat color. I am thinking a bit about the position of the yellow flower, it is not as catching as it could be if you had used the rule of thirds. It is of course better that you don't have it totally centered but I would like it more close to one of the 4 corners, I suppose I would like to see it a bit up to the left. SAlso to have more focus on the flower itself. Still this is a very good picture!

this is one of my top choices for this challenge i love how the backround although consistant has a life of its own without taking away from the obvious subject...a very warming and beautiful shot....

The soft focus on the leaves works nice. Somehow demages the flower. Good try and best luck.

Awesome colors. Very subtle shading. Sort of a dreaminess to it. I gave it an 8.

The green leaves came out great. The flowers look a little out of focus for being the focal point (imo).

Pretty, almost surreal, but seems slightly out of focus. Brightening the yellow flowers also might help them catch the eye a bit more.

Beautiful photo, the colours work, but the lighting seems a little dim, but i guess it it to suit the comp, 6

Not sure what 'effect' have been applied here, but I like it, maybe a less central position for the yellow

I don't like whatever is going on in the green area. What's happening there? It might be a neat texture. I just can't tell.
