Hi Carsten
Wow, what a wonderful shot! I am a big fan of studio shots, and I like what you've done here.
I think the lighting is near perfect here. Maybe a tab bit more for more contrast would have been good. I like how even it is, and how there are no unsightly shadows in odd places making things difficult to see well.
I love the veins in the arms. I'm a big fan of veins (just a personal thing, I suppose).
Does it meet the challenge? Yes, it does. FOr the picky people out there, there are a few wrinkles in the sheet under the left foot on the right hand side of the photo. That is the only thing that doesn't seem symmetrical.
Personally I would have put the aperture a bit higher, to something like 5 or 6 to get a bit more focus. it seems a bit softly focused on the fingers.
I enjoy all your shots, they always seem so professionally done. The score shows that well :) good luck in the following challenges.

Shows good symmetry, and the lighting is very soft and even, highlighting the veins/ features of the skin. I personally like these sorts of shots with a touch more contrast but that is fairly subjective.
The painted toes vs the non-painted finger nails disturbs me for some reason and the left toes seem like they could do with some touch-up in the paint department - might just be highlights. A good attempt. |

| Yeah, I'm not so young anymore either. This very graceful image shows me that even with age there is beauty. Your soft symmetry points this out well. Great way to use the them to communicate something far richer. |
