 I should have cropped the buildings tigher - but the sky was so amazing that night - I just couldn't - Oh well

Beautiful sky. The jet trail and sensor dust kind of mar the effect, but I guess there's not much you can do in basic editing.

Wow! Look at those colors. It may be a smaller portion of the photo, but I love the cloud texture near the left side of the buildings.

Nice combination .... Even if it is totally dark, it's obvious this building is abandoned and the color of the sky is beautiful. Good capture ! I give you 8 .

This is a very nice image. I love all of the colors that can be seen in this image. I also like how the bottom part of the image is completely black. Nice work.

Whoa. A seriously oversaturated and over-processed sunset. I like the silhouette of the buildings, but this would have been a better pic without all the processing.

This is a pretty picture, but I think it relies too much on the beautiful sunset lit sky to carry it. The idea, as I understood it, was to capture the colors and textures of the 'abandoned building'. Although this is a stunning image, In my mind, I don't think it really meets the challenge.

Absolutley love the dark background and the bright varied sky. I'd guess that you used an unsharp mask to adjust the levels, but great rusult.
