Man, this is fab! Love the composition. Cute guy too. ;~D Love the hair. I like the juxtaposition of the curves of the human form and the curl of the hair and the linear quality of the square framed art and the geometry of the chair.
i did not go tru this challenge (still recovering from the abandoned buildings votation) so i missed this encredible fine image of urs aznym
well i got it now
v coole. i'm really enjoying this at the moment. yes. picture me, sitting in my chair, enjoying this photo. cuz that's what i'm doing. normally i'd say that a 20+ pixel border would detract froma photo, but I don't believe it does in this case. The high key background really emphasizes the spectator. nice sharpness, though the USM (or whatever you used to sharpen it) caused a bit of pixellation in the sweater and the chair) i might have tried sharpening a duplicate layer on top of the original, then erasing the parts that show the pixellation. But that's just me...you might like it exactly as is :)
great candid shot. i love the compositon and the photo but i think the frame takes away from the shot, specifically the grey border between the photo and the white. 8
unique and interesting... good use of B&W, well done. one of my favorites this challenge (only suggestion I have for this fine shot -- I'd like the see border even all around) BOL
2nd pass - one of my favorites this challenge
I loved this. The camera watching the girl and the pictures, the girl looking at the pictures, the centre picture looking back, and the deckchair, the other pictures and the tones perfect this. 10/10
Very nice B&W with great tones and a great pose. The longer I look at this the more i like it. I find the reflection on the middle shot a tad distracting and wonder if a polariser might have helped here, but only a minor nitpick. 8.
