 This Temple has just been restored at a cost so large I dare not even write it here, of cause the ca$h was supplied by the tax payer but as Bhuddism is a part of Japanese culture they seldom complain about spending their hard earned WONGA on somthing like this and for a building close on 700 years old it looks like money very well spent.
Shot in RAW and edited in PSCS for the first time ever, I usually just shoot JPEG for DPC but as I have now totally switched to MAC I felt I may as well do it properly this time, hoping my score will reflect my efforts but it was fun all the same.

The colors are a little dull and the angle of the shot does not keep me engaged. However, I still like the picture.

Very nice image. Excellent angle and I like how you composed it so that the roof fits to each of the images edges. The only thing I find slightly distracting is the tree (not like you can help that) and the sky looks a little light in comparision to the rest of the image. Again not something you can really fix unless you take a picture on a stormy day or at sunrise/sunset.

The tree in front right ruins the photo by obstructing the view. Also, could have been brighter by just a bit.

I think this is a very solid photo of a very beautiful space.

If this photo underperforms it will be partly because we teach ourselves at this site to see in pictures of 640 pixels. Photos with lots of detail - ones that offer up strong images of extended and detailed spaces - often tend to be underrated. Some of this is justified by the limits of the medium. But sometimes I think it goes too far.

Not really a classic stock photo. A stock photo is one that can be picked up by different ad agencies for many forms of advertisements.
