I didn't want to make any assumptions during voting, but I had a sneaking suspicion that this was yours, David. You really do seem overly sensitive to trivalities for a grown man.

I have to wonder, is this supposed to be a threat? I think you've sunk to a new low.

oh yeah let me just add one more thing to my previous comment:

KILL YOURSELF.

Just can't relate to the idea. The composition isn't appealing, either.

This looks photoshopped to me...please explain.

I guess I'm missing something. I don't understand the Absolute DPChallenge background.

Sorry. Love the background. Guns/art/no to me.

Hmmm... Glock 17 or 19? The background distracts from the subject, but it looks great :o)

seems a bit mean spirited with the previous dpchallenge entries behind.

I'm not sure what exactly is going on in the background, but I really like this shot. The colours in the back contrast nicely to the darkness of the gun, resulting in an overall moody shot.

Sure would like to hear about this background...What is it? I dont get the correlation between the background the gun and the cup.

Interesting how you used what I assume is your last entry in this one -- and that it mimics the shape of the gun. I would have tried to do two things: include all the gun in the picture (it looks like even if the goblet were removed it still wouldn't quite have the end of the muzzle on screen) and I would have tried to figure out a different way to prop up the gun rather than the goblet (something behind the handle, maybe?). The lighting on the background is a little uneven. Without knowing your lighting set up, I can't make any really constructive comments there.

At the risk of you using that on me, I am a little confused about the setting.

NO SURE WHAT IS IN THE BACK GROUND. I THINK THE MESSAGE IS NOT CLEAR. I SEE THE OBJECT IS UPSIDE DOWN, BUT MAYBE IT COULD HAVE USED A BETTER TITLE

Very interesting picture. I'm not big on guns, but the background is very interesting.

This looks like a rendition of the absolut dpchallenge bottle in the background. interesting concept... i would prefer the end of the gun barrel and the small vase not be clipped out of the edge of the photo...

I see the upside down, but I don't quite understand the need for the background distractions...

Good idea,
not sure I understand the piece on the end. (?) Goblet?
The background is a bit distracting but over all I like it.

as much as i enjoy guns, and pictures thereof, i wish this had made some more sense. background looks photoshopped. p.s. - 'absolut dpchallenge' sucked ass to begin with.

What's the deal with the other challenge submission in the background? What's the point with the cup on the muzzle of the weapon? Lighting is way to harsh.
