Neat lighting.... I think total desaturation or no desaturation would have made a better option. |

A very nice and striking self portrait woth a super low key lighting. While the red has been too overly saturated, this is a minor adjustment to return this image to the credit it deserves. Bumping up on nice composition. |

The selective desaturation really detracts from this. |

In all honesty, keeping the red on the lips make them looks way too big. I'm not sure why that is.
But other than that, I like the shadows on your face. They work really well for the portrait. |

Nice pose and great use of the selective-desaturation on the red, it really stands out. Good work! Oh, what do I see here a hot-pixle just above the head (PS: in a member challenge you can clone that out, FYI). |

Returning for comment. Why not titled? Good capture of facial expression. Use of selective saturation seems random and might not add as much to the shot as you intended. With regard to composition, you might try leaving less negative space on top, so that your eyes are in the top third of the frame. Lighting is good. |

A title would help in this shot. As it stands the shot leaves this viewer a little confused. Overall it is a very nice effort |
