 Shot mid afternoon from the conference room of our office on the 19th floor. Used the telephoto lens adaptor for this. The corner the next block from our building.
Post. Rotate and Crop. Layer adjustements for levels, brightness and contrast. USM. Dodged fur on hood. Cloned out the discernible portion of a half torso and legs of another person. Resized, USM.Sorry it is not better, but the contrast was off as the wind was whipping around alot of loose snow at the time of the shot. Oops...better go NeatImage...god...almost forgot...the noise police will get me again for sure....be right back.....whew...that was close. NeatImage, Resize, USM.

Crop the bottom a bit, that part of the image is distracting.
