If the sky were not blown out and grey, this would be 100% stronger. As it is, I wish there were a lot less sky and a lot more ground/wall/building in the foreground. Any bright areas like the sky will bring the eye to them immediately, distracting them from the actual subject. Keep shooting and experimenting, and be patient with weather and sky shots. They will happen eventually! This builidng with a beautiful blue sky and white puffy clouds will be most excellent! :o)

Sorry, but the tilt makes it look as though the building is sliding off the hill and the blown out sky is boring.

I think you have shown just barely enough of this house's location to hint at the architect's point about this building's relationship to it's environment. A near miss for me. Sorry. 5.
